Background and experience
Wendy began her financial services career in 2006 when she joined Smith Barney, a predecessor firm of Morgan Stanley. She left Morgan Stanley in 2015 to form the independent broker firm of Bennett Associates Wealth Management and affiliate with Wells Fargo Financial Advisor Network. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, she has dedicated her career to delivering personalized investment planning services to her clients, addressing their financial concerns by developing strategies that focus on specific needs.
Wendy earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM designation (CFP®) in 2009 by completing an approved educational program, passing a rigorous examination, and meeting stringent experience requirements. She has also earned the following designations: CRPS®, CRPS® and ADPA® and has passed the following registration examinations through the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA): Series 6, 7, 24, 31, 63 and 66. Wendy’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Taxation.
Away from the office
A Butler native, Wendy and her husband Alan, reside in Butler Township. They enjoy spending free time on their fishing boat, housed at Wilson, New York on Lake Ontario. Wendy enjoys traveling to new places with friends and family. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Ellen O’Brien Gaiser Addiction Center where she volunteers her services to helping the community.
