The Manager, Community Impact Data & Research provides high-level support for the Community Impact department’s smooth internal operations including administration of the regional grant making processes and system, data management, collection, analysis, and reporting. The Manager will also play a critical role in supporting all United Way departments by providing research and data insights related to our impact in the community, as well as relevant policy and best practices in community change and human services. Three (3) years of experience in data collection and management, quantitative and qualitative analysis and research work is required. A Bachelor’s degree with coursework in data analysis, research methodology, or related subjects is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
