MEGAN MUSANTE

Since her first day, Megan Musante has embraced her purpose at United Way: to be a bridge between companies and community organizations in southwestern PA.

As Corporate Engagement Manager at United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Megan acts as a liaison between corporate companies that want to give back and the community in need of services. By coordinating volunteer opportunities, special events and more, she helps workplace campaigns run smoothly.

After her much-needed morning cup of coffee, Megan connects with donors and explains the resources United Way provides. Whether it’s having a chat at a coffee shop, emailing or calling, Megan will spread the word about United Way’s partner agencies and their impact in any way she can.

Since starting at United Way in October 2022, Megan has quickly realized the importance of her work. She finds it rewarding to hear success stories from partner agencies such as Veterans Place, Women’s Center & Shelter of Greater Pittsburgh, Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, ACH Clear Pathways and more.

Megan lives in the Ben Avon neighborhood of Pittsburgh with her dog and enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities. In her free time, she likes to hike, kayak, rock climb and do yoga.
