HEATHER KETTERER

If you need help doing things efficiently, Heather Ketterer is your expert.

As Leadership Assistant for the Butler Region, Heather provides administrative support to United Way leadership in Butler County and is always finding new ways to help things run smoothly.

On a typical day, Heather spends most of her time supporting the people, processes and functions necessary to keep the Butler County office humming. This could mean helping with a project, following up with others at United Way and keeping track of appointments. It keeps her busy, but Heather says she relies on good coffee, sweet treats and kind people to get her through her days.

In her one-and-a-half years at United Way, Heather has been inspired by the professionalism, hard work and enthusiasm that her co-workers demonstrate. It’s rewarding to see the impacts of United Way’s efforts in the community that she lives in and she’s proud to say that she works for such a great organization.

Heather’s favorite memory at United Way was having the opportunity to support the Internal Campaign Committee. She enjoyed being able to work with many different team members from different offices and getting to know her peers on a fun and creative level.  

A resident of Butler Township, Heather likes spending time with her husband, two kids and two dogs. She loves being outdoors, hiking, kayaking and traveling to new places.
